Safety Observation & Reporting

We provide independent, on-site observation and documentation of safety and environmental conditions during active construction projects.

Our role is limited to visual observation, documentation, and reporting of jobsite conditions and activities. We do not enforce safety practices, direct personnel, or assume responsibility for jobsite safety or compliance.

Our inspectors observe and document conditions to support project visibility and communication among stakeholders. Typical activities include:

• Observing adherence to site-specific safety plans 
• Documenting work practices and identifying potential hazards 
• Observing environmental controls and site conditions 
• Supporting incident documentation and reporting 
• Documenting interactions and conditions related to safety observations

We provide reporting to support awareness of:

• Project safety requirements 
• OSHA and applicable regulatory standards 
• Environmental protection measures

Clients receive clear documentation of observed conditions, issues, and reported concerns to support project visibility and recordkeeping. Our role is to provide an independent record of jobsite conditions—we do not control or direct jobsite safety practices or execution.
